Rolling plateau with dry oak forest on ridges quickly grading to mesic forest then seepy areas in the draw bottoms (see NERI.261,263, 264, 265, 266);Seepy area below boulders in draw bottom below strip mine on plateau. Well space trees in wetland proper (Acer rubrum, Liriodendron) with heavy herbaceous cover by ferns (mostly Thelyteris noveboracensis) and wetland indicators. Some standing and slowly flowing water in plot, become channelized below.
